Enrollment requirements for Elementary and High School:
1. Original and photocopy of report card (Form 138)
2. Original and photocopy of birth certificate (3 copies)
3. Certificate of good moral character/Transfer credentials (for transferees)
4. Passport-size picture (3 copies)
5. Testing fee of Php100.00
