The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) of the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation puts together work experience, informal and other non-formal experiences to empower individuals to earn a formal degree after a professional education enhancement program in one year.

ETEEAP Class of 2010 had 140graduates in various academic programs in engineering, business, teacher education, humanities, social sciences and communication, criminology and information technology, 16 of them Filipino overseas workers based in Dubai and other parts of the United Arab Emirates.

Eligio S. Lagman merited the Engineering Research Award for his undergraduate thesis in mechanical engineering.

With a cohort survival rate of 90.66 percent for the last ten years, the highest at 98.8 percent in academic year 2008-2009, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation ETEEAP advances the professional aspirations of individuals who failed to complete their college education due to financial difficulties, the most common reason for dropping out of college and going straight to work, and changes their lives.

Most MSEUF ETEEAP graduates have received job promotions and have been promoted to overseas work assignments giving the successful candidates better chances and better earnings capacities.

To date, the program has graduated 972 candidates who have move onwards in their respective careers and professions locally and overseas. Forty have passed their respective licensure examinations in geodetic and mechanical engineering, criminology, teacher education and library science.
