A student shall report to the OSA to express his/er intention to shift course. He/She shall then report to the dean of the program he wishes to enroll in for evaluation.

A shifter is accepted to a new program on the basis of the retention policy of the college in which he/she is applying for admission.

Some consideration is given to a student who is shifting on account of low academic performance, in which case he shall be allowed to enroll on reduced load in an associate course.
